We want you to be 100% satisfied with your fit, which is why we offer free domestic exchanges and easy returns on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure your boots are only tried on indoors on a carpeted surface to prevent scuffing the leather outsoles.

Return Process

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the packing slip inside your original box.

  Package with Care

  Place the unworn boots back in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely boxed to prevent damage during transit.

  Drop Off & Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
